Equipped with an MBA from Punjab Technical University and a BS in Chemistry from Sambalpur University, Debansh Das Sharma built a foundation over 24 years of professional experience across leadership roles. Originally a native of Western Odisha, he established Bhubaneswar as his operational base to step deeply into India’s grassroots entrepreneurial realities through Classystreet, a handloom-focused e-commerce platform launched in 2015.
The journey through Odisha’s weaving ecosystems, local markets, MSME realities, and Bharat consumer behaviour transformed his understanding of entrepreneurship. It revealed that India’s biggest entrepreneurial opportunity was not only technology — but trust, distribution, behavioural insight, and execution clarity.
This led to the creation of Webverbal and MybrandPitch. Built through relentless execution—including a 13-month development cycle to perfect the product—these platforms are designed to empower Bharat entrepreneurs, democratize startup intelligence, and create institutional visibility for founders beyond metro ecosystems.
